Refund and Returns Policy
At Alfarn, we are committed to providing you with high-quality fashion that you can trust. To maintain our quality standards and ensure a seamless experience for everyone, we follow a strict Instant Inspection & Return Policy.
1. Instant Inspection Policy
To ensure complete transparency, we encourage all customers to:
Check at the Door: Open and inspect your parcel in the presence of the delivery rider.
Verify Quality: Check the fabric, size, and condition of the item before accepting it.
2. Returns During Delivery
If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason (wrong size, color discrepancy, or any defect):
Hand it Back: You may return the product instantly to the delivery rider.
Delivery Charges: In the case of an instant return where there is no defect (change of mind), the customer is responsible for paying the delivery charge to the rider.
Defective Items: If the product is damaged or incorrect, Alfarn will bear the return costs.
3. Post-Delivery Policy
Once the delivery rider has left and the product has been accepted, we do not accept further return requests or complaints. * Why? This policy allows us to maintain the hygiene and “day-one” quality of our fashion items for all customers.
Exceptions: If you discover a hidden manufacturing defect that was impossible to see during the initial inspection, please contact our hotline within 24 hours with photo/video evidence.
4. Refund Process
Advance Payments: If you paid in advance (via bKash, Nagad, or Card) and returned the item at the doorstep, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Partial Returns: If you ordered multiple items and returned only one, we will refund the value of that specific item to your original payment method.
Cash on Delivery: Since payment is made upon acceptance, no refund is necessary for returned items during Cash on Delivery.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned even at the doorstep if the packaging has been opened:
Innerwear or intimate apparel.
Fragrances or sealed beauty products.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
